Using the Select Features Tool in ArcMap

Of all the methods for selecting features in your GIS, the Select Features tool is by far the easiest. With little training, you can begin happily clicking away at your map, turning your features cyan blue – Esri’s default color for selected features. With a little bit of training, you can command the Select Features tools to do amazing things.
